(9) When there are multiple acupoints, the same product adopts symmetrical pouring method. For different products, the largest product is placed near the mainstream road when it is formed in the same mold.

2. Design pay attention to the main points
1. Don’t only heavy product design, ignore plastic mold manufacturing
When developing products or new products trial production, some users often only focus on product development and development in the early days, ignoring communication with plastic mold production units. After the product design plan is initially determined, the following three benefits are in contact with mold manufacturers in advance:
(1) It can ensure that the design of the design has a good forming process, and it will not modify the designated design due to the difficulty of processing parts.
(2) The mold producer can make design preparations in advance to prevent the shortage of consideration in a hurry and affect the construction period.
(3) Making high -quality plastic molds can ultimately reduce costs and shorten the cycle only when both sides of supply and demand are closely cooperated.

2. Don’t just look at the price, consider the quality, cycle, and service in all aspects
(1) There are many types of molds, which can be roughly divided into ten categories. According to different requirements of parts materials, physical chemical performance, mechanical strength, size accuracy, surface smoothness, service life, and economy, different types of mold forming.
(2) Mold with high accuracy requires high -precision CNC machine tool processing, and the mold material and forming process have strict requirements. It is also necessary to use CAD / CAE / CAM mold technology to design and analyze.
(3) Some parts have special requirements because of the formation of molding, and the molds also need to use advanced processes such as heat flow, gas complement, and nitrogen cylinder.
(4) Manufacturers should have CNC, electric sparks, line -cutting machine tools and CNC imitation milling equipment, high -precision grinding machine, high -precision three -seater standard measuring instruments, computer design and related software.
(5) General large stamping molds (such as car covering mold molds) should consider whether the machine tool has a bordering mechanism, even border lubricants, multi -station levels, etc. In addition to stamping tonnage, you must also consider rushing, feeding devices, machine tools and mold protection devices.
(6) The manufacturing methods and processes of the above molds are not available and mastered by every enterprise. When choosing a collaborative manufacturer, you must understand its processing capabilities. Not only do you look at hardware equipment, but also combine management level, processing experience and technical power.
(7) For the same set of molds, there is a big gap between different manufacturers. You should not pay higher than the cost of the mold, and should not be less than the cost of the mold. Like you, mold manufacturers must make reasonable profits in their business. Customizing a set of molds with much lower quotation will start with trouble. Users must start from their own requirements and fully measure them.

3. Avoid multi -head collaboration, try to make plastic mold production and product processing one dragon
(1) With a qualified mold (qualified test parts), it is not necessary to produce batches of qualified products. This is mainly related to the selection, forming process (forming temperature, forming time, etc.) of parts of the parts, and the technical quality of the operator.
(2) With good molds, there must be good forming processing. It is best to work as a dragon to avoid multi -heading. If the conditions are not available, you must choose one party to be fully responsible, and you must write clearly at the same time as you order.
